pre + post natal

Create ease around child birth. Restore your core and your pelvic floor.

As a Pre and Post Natal Wellness Practitioner, I can safely guide you back into exercise after having your baby. Pregnancy leaves many, many women with core weakness or pelvic floor issues, such as embarrassing leaks during exercise or when sneezing. This isn’t something you should just put up with, let’s fix this! Whether you are newly post-natal or your baby is all grown up, I can help you restore both your core and pelvic floor, allowing you to exercise and live your life with renewed confidence!
