It is well known that exercising during pregnancy has many benefits: allowing you to cope better with your growing bump, maintain a healthy weight, improve your mood, and as backed by many studies, improves the chances of having a shorter and easier birth.

Whatever your current fitness ability, I can guide you safely as your pregnancy progresses, ensuring you stay fit, healthy and strong. During pregnancy, the core and pelvic floor naturally weaken, but I will teach you how to connect with and maintain strength in these areas, with the aim to give you a head start post birth.

As an Advanced Pre Natal Wellbeing Practitioner, I can also advise you on nutrition, optimal foetal positioning, sleep, and birth preparation.

Post Natal Programme

As an Advanced Post Natal Wellbeing Practitioner, I can gently and safely guide you back into exercise after having your baby. My gradual but effective approach will see you progressively strengthen both your core muscles and pelvic floor. I am trained to assist you with all areas of post-natal recovery, not just the physical aspects, delivering an all-encompassing service helping you to sleep better, manage stress, harness your nutrition, and nurture your emotional wellbeing.

Core and Pelvic Floor Rehab

My post-natal programme isn’t limited to new mums, even those with grown up children will benefit if they have a weak core or pelvic floor issues. No woman should have to live with embarrassing leaks, lower back pain or a ‘mum tum’ that won’t go away. I can teach you to reconnect and strengthen these muscles, allowing you to exercise and live your life with renewed confidence!
