7-months ago, when I signed up for a free trial with Karen, I had no idea that this decision would literally change my life. 2 young kids, a busy job and just general exhaustion had meant I was stuck in a rut and kept making excuses as to why I didn't have time for exercise!
But the moment I met Karen she totally got it. Being a mum herself, she understood nap times, schedules and the struggle to have 'me' time, but her flexibility was amazing. She fits our sessions around nap times, work, and has even endured my 5 year old joining in on many of our zoom sessions in lockdown.
Karen has made me realise that exercise is a way of life and something to be enjoyed. I can honestly say she has helped improve my life in so many ways. Not only is Karen an amazing PT but she has also taught me so much about nutrition - mainly, don't be extreme, just be consistent and be good 80% of the time!
Apart from losing nearly 2 stone along the way, I am stronger, happier and I am now addicted to the buzz it gives me after working out - something a year ago I never thought I'd say.

Karen is everything you want in a PT - she listens to your needs and creates varied plans, and is always happy to change or adapt exercises if something doesn’t click.
She’s gently encouraging and makes you feel at ease, and you definitely get results! Since Karen has been my PT I’ve lost 8lbs of body fat and gained 5lbs of muscle, and my arms and legs have toned up.
I can’t wait to see more changes in the coming months!

I really liked how well you explain why we are doing the training we are doing and what I’m going to get from it - and how I can progress further with the exercises. Easy to ask questions and even if I don’t get my form quite right - you explain things really well making it easier to correct myself which is so helpful! Also you never made me feel silly for getting things wrong which was really encouraging as in the past I’ve been really daunted going to the gym on my own.
I would definitely recommend Transform Training PT if you want to get started on your fitness training or improve your training plans.

I would absolutely recommend Karen’s pelvic floor programme. She’s attentive, conscientious, and really knowledgeable.
In the past 5 years I’ve tried countless Kegels, physios and hospital appointments with no improvement.
After just a few sessions with Karen I’m starting to gain control of my pelvic floor and I feel physically stronger.
It’s quite remarkable!

Just wanted to say I had physio today and in 4 weeks my diastasis gap has gone from 15cm in length to 7cm, and 6cm width to 3cm!

Karen has been utterly brilliant!
I had a difficult pregnancy and was in bad shape both mentally and physically, but she couldn’t have been kinder or more supportive and knew instinctively when I needed sympathy or a push to get me going.
I’ve gone from crying on the floor to 30 squats and that is a miracle!
I can’t recommend her enough to help with postnatal recovery and am asking for more sessions for my birthday present!
